Role-Based Access Controls
Front office, technicians, managers, and drivers each see only what they need. Admins control permissions per seat.
Audit Logging On Every Action
Every case view, edit, QC sign-off, and admin action is logged with user, timestamp, and IP. Logs retained for review and compliance.
MFA For All Admin Access
Multi-factor authentication is required for every admin and platform-seat user. Single-sign-on available on Enterprise.
